A: Yes, all of our crystals are ethically sourced and 100% genuine. We work with trusted suppliers to ensure quality and authenticity.

Q: Do you offer metaphysical or healing information with your crystals?
A: Yes! Each listing often includes the metaphysical properties of the crystal. Please remember that crystal healing is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

📦 Orders & Shipping

 

Q: Do you ship outside of Canada?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide! However, shipping rates and times vary depending on the destination.

Q: How long will my order take to ship?
A: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: Shipping is a flat rate based on location. Anywhere in Canada & the US is a $20 flat rate fee. The UK Flat Rate Shipping is $30.

Q: What is the Local Delivery Option?

A: We offer a cheaper option for local customers to get orders that are placed online. The flat rate is $10 for delivery. This option only applies to limited areas that are within a 25km radius.

Q: Do you offer Free local pickup?
A: Yes! Free Local pickup is available in Grand Tracadie, PEI. You can select the "Free Local Pickup" option at checkout, and we’ll email you with pickup instructions. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE TO PICK UP WITHOUT FIRST RECEIVING YOUR EMAIL WITH YOUR PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Due to the nature of crystals, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
